The old t-Bar will run one more year
Phase II is moving forward - today the 4 towers  (5000 lbs. 35 ft.)  are being moved home thanks to JB Construction and their driver Stan. Also thank you to Don Brandson for unloading and storing for the time being. This retranable t-bar has been at Kenco Industries being  cleaned up to code.  The return station and bull wheel will soon follow.
With a project of this  size it does take time and we appreciate your patients

There is always a project on the go....

"Thunderhill is  managed by a volunteer board of directors, supported by the community"

The rich experience of the staff spans generations. Many of us first learned to ski on these runs. Thunderhill  has proudly exported workers to major ski resorts across Canada. More than people with jobs, we seek to serve you with knowledge, skill, warmth and a strong sense of ownership. Many volunteers lending a hand is what makes THUNDERHILL. We take pride in the fact that we are a part of our community.

Experienced instructors,  when available will assist  individuals  or groups needing introductory and basic lessons.

Our shop can wax skis and snowboards  upon request.

Ski Patrol volunteers are on hand every day, providing encouragement and an added atmosphere of security.
