The Thunderhill Ski Club has been working hard to create an even better skiing experience. Phase I is almost complete with only some landscaping for the unloading zone and the finishing touches on the electrical. The lower east mountain will be open for the 2012/13 season. The rich experience of the staff spans generations. Many of us first learned to ski on these runs. Thunderhill has proudly exported workers to major ski resorts across Canada. More than people with jobs, we seek to serve you with knowledge, skill, warmth and a strong sense of ownership. Many volunteers lending a hand is what makes THUNDERHILL. We take pride in the fact that we are a part of our community. Experienced instructors, when available will assist individuals or groups needing introductory and basic lessons. Our shop can often provide in-field repairs for your skis and snowboards in addition to waxing services upon request. Rentals and rental adjustmets are provided by technicians eager to please. Ski Patrol volunteers are on hand every day, providing encouragement and an added atmosphere of security. |
