We met at Thunderhill Ski Club to discuss the possibility of expanding the ski area and installing a t-bar.

Motion made to send Ken Markoski and Darren Hubscher to Alberta to purchase two t-bars.

Gary Eagle cleared bush so runs could be scouted. Mel Edmunds, Ron Highmoor, Carolyn Baldwin

One t-bar came from Snow Valley, Edmontion and one from Vista Ridge, Fort McMurray.

UPDATE: A retractable Doppelmayr T-Bar was installed on the lower mountain finished for the 2011 season and has run perfect for 3 years.

In that time a 2nd  retractable Doppelmayr has been in the works to replace the upper fix t-bar.

This t-bar has been sitting in Roblin at Kencoe Industries being updated and is now located on Thunderhill waiting to be installed.

March 16/2015 the motor/control shed which has been sitting at Northern Specialties was prepared to be moved to the hill by Qwik Lift Towing

March 17 - Darin Hubscher and Gary Eagle met at the grid road east of th hill. Garry used is D6 Cat to push a road across Darin Staples fields through the bush, under the JB lift, up Hubscher lane and Frank Slide to the base of the old lift line and made a parking lot. Darin H went to Kenco  Ind. in Roblin and retrived the bullwheel and motor.

March 19 - Two truck & trailers met at Don Brandson yard (JB Constr. & Cement Works) where Don and Dylan Brandson loaded three towers.

March 20 - Qwik Lift with motor shed, trailers with towers, Lorne Harness with tractor, Don Brandson with track hoe, Gary Eagle with cat, Darin Hubscher  with motor made their way to the bottom of the old lift.  In the following days JB construction, Cement Works along with Jason Barkman, Mel Edmunds, Harvey Baldwin, Jim Staples, Ian McKay skidder, Dale Husenetter, Edwin Cotton, John Cotton, Doug TerHorst, Ross Taylor, Gary Eagle, Don Brandson, SV Co-op sanding truck, Ron  Galuschuk,. This stage has the foundations of three towers in place. This summer will be a busy one with the working continuing on Phase Two
